"This is most frustrating office/ insurance I’ve ever had to deal with. I changed my car back in July and due to the agent/underwritings incompetency my VIN is still incorrect. After finally thinking it was correct they removed my partner from the policy completely. I have been on countless calls with the agent Christopher trying to get this issue fixed. They sent me paperwork and I see again the VIN is incorrect. State Farm customer service is telling me that the underwriting office has not processed the correct VIN but I’ve spoken to Christopher over 6 times in the last 2 months and he never provided me with this information or let me know. They are just using any VIN number that matches my same model. How is this even possible? This is absolute insanity. I will not be dealing with this office ever again. I have wasted countless hours for 3 months later this issue has still not been fixed"
